I'm Jess. I'm a visual creative who thrives off of curiosity and leads others with empathy. I strongly believe that advertising needs more empathy and emotional intelligence. I'm determined to flip the script on how leaders help their team grow, both professionally and emotionally.
My favorite aspect of my career has been all the random skills and amazing humans I have picked up along my journeys. Nothing makes you grow faster than surrounding yourself with great people from different backgrounds and perspectives.
I currently reside in East Atlanta Village where I enjoy walking my dogs (Lupa and Roland), eating all the amazing food ATL has to offer, gardening in my yard, playing video games, and finding cozy places to study Japanese. I'm an INFJ for all you Myers Briggs nerds out there. :)
